Total Wellness (hereinafter called Company) offers 30% retail profits. This is an amount of the difference at which you buy the products, called the Distributor Price and the price at which you sell, which is the MRP.

 

For Example

Distributor Price + Retail Profit    =    MRP

        Rs. 270       +      Rs. 80      = Rs. 250

 

Matching Performance Bonus 12%

A Distributor has to qualify for getting the Matching Performance Bonuses of 12% on the basis of Matching Business Volume (BV). To earn this Matching Performance Bonus one has to make minimum two teams.  By direct sponsoring one distributor in each of the team. Bonus calculation is done based on Matching Business Volume of both the teams.

To qualify for Matching Performance Bonuses a distributor must have a minimum personal purchase of specified BV as given below:-

 

Distributor:250BV, Leader:500BV, Silver:1000BV, Gold:1500BV, Star:-2000BV, Diamond:2500BV.

 

If in any case a distributor fails to make personal purchase, the bonus earned in that month is carried forward and is released in the month, the distributor make personal purchase.

There is no time limit to achieve awards and rewards. Govt. applicable taxes will be deducted from the figures shown above.

 

Leadership Bonus:- 8%

Company distributes 8% of Company’s Monthly BV as Leadership Bonus (LB).  This is computed by a “BV Sharing System” based on the Matching BV collected by the Leaders. Leadership Bonus varies each month and is computed monthly by a formula as given below:

• To qualify for Leadership Bonus one has to maintain minimum cumulative Matching of 40000BV : 40000BV.

• After qualifying maintain minimum monthly matching of 20000BV : 20000BV.

 

Silver Leadership Bonus: - 4%

Company distributes 4% of Company’s Monthly BV as Silver Leadership Bonus (LB).  This is computed by a “BV Sharing System” based on the Matching BV collected by the Silver Leaders. Silver Leadership Bonus varies each month and is computed monthly by a formula as given below:

 

4% of Company’s monthly BV X  Matching BV Collected by Silver Leader

• To qualify for Silver Leadership Bonus one has to maintain minimum Monthly Matching of 60000BV : 60000BV.

 

Gold Leadership Bonus: - 3%

Company distributes 3% of Company’s Monthly BV as Gold Leadership Bonus (LB).  This is computed by a “BV Sharing System” based on the Matching BV collected by the Gold Leaders. Gold Leadership Bonus varies each month and is computed monthly by a formula as given below:

• To qualify for forever Gold Leadership Bonus one has to collect minimum Monthly Matching of 120000BV : 120000BV for three (3) consecutive months.

• After qualifying maintains minimum Leadership Level (20000BV:20000BV) monthly and get Gold Leadership Bonus.

 

Star Leadership Bonus:- 2%

Company distributes 2% of Company’s Monthly BV as Star Leadership Bonus (LB).  This is computed by a “BV Sharing System” based on the Matching BV collected by the Star Leaders. Star Leadership Bonus varies each month and is computed monthly by a formula as given below:

• To qualify for forever Star Leadership Bonus one has to maintain minimum Monthly Matching of 250000BV : 250000BV for three (3) consecutive months.

• After qualifying maintains minimum Silver Leadership Level (60000BV:60000BV) monthly and get Star Leadership Bonus.

 

Diamond Leadership Bonus:- 1%

Company distributes 1% of Company’s Monthly BV as Diamond Leadership Bonus (LB).  This is computed by a “BV Sharing System” based on the Matching BV collected by the Diamond Leaders. Diamond Leadership Bonus varies each month and is computed monthly by a formula as given below:

 

1% of Company’s monthly BV X  Matching BV Collected by Diamond Leader

• To qualify for forever Diamond Leadership Bonus one has to maintain minimum Monthly Matching of 500000BV : 500000BV for three (3) consecutive months.

• After qualifying maintains minimum Gold Leadership Level (120000BV:120000BV) monthly and get Diamond Leadership Bonus.
